1. What I like about the rss and newsfeeds is having a centralized location (one blog) to store all the news and information that I like to peruse without having to "surf" to different sites.
2. In my personal life (The Illinois rss feeds I collected) will help me keep inform with whats happening back home in Illinois. In my work life it will help me keep up with information that can be helpful to patrons I am helping.
3. Libraries can benefit by offering their ever knowledgeable computer users information they crave from the all over the net by attaching the various rss feeds to their websites or blogs. Also Libraries can impart information (library events, library closures or class schedules) on rss feeds which people and organizations can subscribe to and read from any location.
